The displayed “From” rate is based on the qualia Classic Rate for 7 nights twin share, travel from 1 April 2024. Rates vary based on Pavilion type.
Rates fluctuate based on selected dates and demand. Subject to availability. All prices are quoted in AUD and include 10% GST. All rates are based on two (2) adults per room. Additional nights are available to book. Not available in conjunction with other special offers or discounts. Not valid for conference or group bookings.

Package Inclusions Conditions
- Maximum of one (1) complimentary night per booking
- Poolside Dinner package inclusion will be automatically pre-booked on behalf of the guest for one of the stay days, and is subject to availability
- Please contact qualia Guest Services on 07 4948 9222 or guestservices@qualia.com.au if you would like to request a specific day for your dinner to be booked.

- Any unused package inclusions are non-refundable.

Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Available to new bookings only. Not valid for Conference or Group bookings. Hamilton Island room nights cannot be purchased for the purpose of third party promotions and prizing.
Promotional Misprints
Hamilton Island Enterprises Limited (HIE) endeavours to ensure that all prices listed on their website are accurate and up-to-date. If we discover an error in the price of any offer you have booked, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of cancelling it, or reconfirming the booking at the correct price (in the case of a price error). If we are unable to contact you, the booking will be treated as cancelled and if you have already paid you will receive a full refund.
Booking Credit Card Transaction Fees
Not applicable for qualia accommodation bookings made on the Hamilton Island or qualia websites or via the Reservation call centre.
On Island Credit/Debit Card Transaction Fees
A non-refundable 1.25% surcharge applies for all ‘credit’ and ‘tap and go’ transactions made on the island via credit or debit card. Fee free payments can be made via EFTPOS upon your request to our staff. Once requested, please insert your card and select ‘savings’ or ‘cheque’.
Standard Deposit(excludes Festive Season)
- A deposit equivalent to 20% of the total booking value is required at time of booking
- This deposit is refundable outside 14 days prior to arrival date
- Full payment is required at the time of booking if travel is within 7 days of arrival date
Standard Final Balance(excludes Festive Season)
- The final balance payment of your accommodation is required no later than 7 days prior to arrival date
- Final balance payments are automatically processed on the nominated credit card provided at the time of booking
- Final balance payments not received by 7 days prior to arrival date may result in cancellation of the reservation

Standard Cancellation and Amendments(excludes Festive Season)
- Cancellations and amendments received up until 14 days of arrival date will not incur a cancellation fee
- Cancellations and amendments received within 14-8 days of arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the total booking value
- Cancellations and amendments received within 7 days of arrival date, ‘No Shows’ and/or ‘Early Departures’ will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking value
- Notice of any cancellation, amendment or reduction in reserved rooms must be provided in writing to our Luxury Specialists on reservations@qualia.com.au
- Alternatively, if you have booked online via our website and have not yet reached your cancellation deadline, you may cancel online here.
- If you have booked through a travel agent or Online Travel Agent, please contact them directly to make changes to your booking
- Change and cancellation fees are not payable where you are entitled to a refund under the Australian Consumer Law.
