Guangzhou Sunac Snow Park – 2-hour Snow Play Ticket (Applicable from Monday to Friday)

1. Fees Included: One 2-hour snow play ticket for Guangzhou Sunac Snow Park, including a snow suit, snow boots, a locker, and a helmet. You can freely play the snow play projects that are actually open on that day. The playing duration in the snow park is 2 hours after entering. The ticket is only for the person himself/herself and cannot be transferred. There is no free ticket for children, so please purchase tickets as normal.

2. Fees Not Included: The rights to play in the skiing area. If you want to play in this area, please purchase a separate ticket.

3. Reservation Requirements: The information of the actual player must be consistent with the ID information filled in during the reservation. If there are accompanying persons, please use their respective ID information to purchase tickets. Minor tourists should fill in their own ID information for reservation and enter the snow park together with adult ticket-buying tourists. Please ensure that the ID information of the player/traveler filled in during the reservation is accurate, true, and complete. If you are unable to verify and use the ticket, enter the snow park, or suffer any losses due to false or incorrect information submitted, all responsibilities shall be borne by the tourist himself/herself.

4. Requirements for Entering the Snow Park: Please use the ticket on the specified date you purchased. The ticket is only valid for one-time use. If you leave the snow park and want to enter again, you need to purchase a new ticket. Please pay attention to the latest business hours of the day and arrange your entry time properly to avoid insufficient playing time. Warm reminder: The passenger flow is large during holidays. Please go to the site in advance to exchange tickets and queue up to enter the snow park. In case of peak hours, passenger flow control will be carried out on site. Thank you for your cooperation!

5. Ways to Enter the Snow Park: Guangzhou Sunac Snow Park implements a real-name system. Please bring a valid ID card on the day of play. Please exchange for a snow card at the self-service card machine or the ticket window in the snow park/Sunac Mall with the ticket collection code and a valid ID card. When entering the snow park, you need to pass the turnstile with both the ID card and the snow card.

6. Warm Reminder: Tourists are kindly requested to carefully read the relevant rights and interests instructions, refund and modification rules, play instructions, play restrictions, safety instructions, etc. of this product before purchasing.

【Refund Rules】All tickets are non-refundable; partial refunds are not accepted for orders.

【Modification Rules】Each order that meets the modification regulations can only be modified once and cannot be modified to the day of play. It needs to be modified within the selectable applicable date range; same-day reservation orders do not support modification.

【Timing and Other Instructions】

1. The timing of Guangzhou Sunac Snow Park starts from the moment of swiping the card to enter the turnstile and ends when exiting the turnstile. If the time exceeds the time limit of the ticket type, it will be regarded as overtime. For overtime, please make up the price difference according to the price announced at the ticket office. (Reference for overtime fees: Off-season: ¥30/30 minutes; Shoulder season: ¥40/30 minutes; Peak season: ¥50/30 minutes. No additional fee is required within 30 minutes of overtime. After more than 30 minutes, the overtime fee will be charged for every half hour exceeded, and less than half an hour will be calculated as half an hour.)

Definition of Dates in Guangzhou Sunac Snow Park:

Off-season: Dates other than the shoulder season and peak season

Shoulder season: Mondays to Fridays during the summer vacation (July 1st – August 31st); Saturdays to Sundays other than during the summer vacation and the adjusted holiday periods of national legal holidays; The 10 days before and the 7 days after the adjusted holiday periods of the Spring Festival legal holidays; Christmas week (December 20th – 28th);

Peak season: During the adjusted holiday periods of national legal holidays, Saturdays to Sundays during the summer vacation.

2. Guangzhou Sunac Snow Park provides a snow suit, snow boots, a locker (including a wristband), a helmet, and a snow card for free without a deposit. If there is any damage or loss, please compensate according to the price announced in the snow park.

3. Please keep the snow card with you and carry it with you after entering the snow park. You need to use the snow card to receive and return the equipment. The snow card needs to be recycled when leaving the snow park.

【Play Instructions】

1. Please be sure to bring the valid ID of the player on the day of the trip. If the ID shown on the day of play is inconsistent with the ID information used for ticket purchase, it will be regarded as voluntarily giving up the right to use the ticket. You will not be able to enter the snow park, and the ticket will not be refunded or modified.

2. Please pay attention to keeping the ticket collection code and do not disclose it to others. Disclosing or losing the ticket collection code will result in the inability to enter the snow park normally, and you need to purchase a new ticket. Please keep the snow card properly after getting it. If the tourist cannot enter the snow park and play normally due to loss or damage of the snow card, a new ticket needs to be purchased. During the play, please keep the ticket at all times and cooperate to show the ticket when checked by the staff.

3. This product is limited to the snow play area for tourists. Please do not bring skiing equipment. Once found, the staff has the right to refuse to let the skiing equipment into the snow park. Please do not wear skiing shoes to enter the snow play area.

【Project Play Restrictions】

When experiencing the projects, there will be requirements for the height, weight, age, and accompaniment of the players. Please choose the suitable projects to play; Minors should participate in the play experience under the accompaniment of adults; The play restrictions are as follows. If there are any changes, please refer to the announcements in the snow park for the specific content.

(1) Adventure Trail: Only for tourists with a height of over 1.4 meters and a weight of less than 100KG. People with acrophobia are not allowed to play.

(2) Snow Tubing: One person per tube. Only for tourists with a weight of less than 90KG. Minors under 1.2 meters in height need to be accompanied by adults to play; Tourists over 50 years old or those suffering from heart disease, high blood pressure, epilepsy, asthma, a history of lumbar or rib fractures, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and those who have been informed by the doctor that they are not suitable for strenuous exercise are not allowed to play.

(3) Bumper Cars on Ice: Minors under 1 meter in height need to be accompanied by adults to play.

(4) Bicycles on Ice: Only for tourists with a height of over 1 meter.

(5) Flower Sea Snow Tube: Only for tourists with a height of over 1.2 meters and a weight of less than 110KG. Tourists over 50 years old or those suffering from heart disease, high blood pressure, epilepsy, asthma, a history of lumbar fractures, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and those who have been informed by the doctor that they are not suitable for strenuous exercise are not allowed to play.

(6) Ice Slide: Only for tourists with a height of over 1.2 meters. Tourists over 50 years old or those suffering from heart disease, high blood pressure, epilepsy, asthma, a history of lumbar or rib fractures, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and those who have been informed by the doctor that they are not suitable for strenuous exercise are not allowed to play.

【Safety and Security Inspection Instructions】

1. Some play projects in the park are quite thrilling and exciting. If you suffer from heart disease, high blood pressure, acrophobia, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, epilepsy, asthma, or any diseases that the doctor has informed you are not suitable for strenuous exercise, or if you are pregnant, drunk, or your behavior is affected by taking medicine, please choose to play carefully according to your actual physical condition.

2. Minors should be accompanied by adults when playing. It is not recommended that the elderly participate in thrilling and exciting ice and snow play projects.

3. Please carefully read and consciously abide by all safety tips, venue rules, and usage guidelines of the amusement facilities in the snow park, such as the “Admission Instructions” and “Play Instructions for Snow Play Projects”; Please pay attention to and abide by the project play instructions, sitting posture requirements, safety warning signs, loudspeaker broadcasts, and other prompt instructions announced on site.

4. Please use the on-site amusement equipment and facilities in a standardized manner and follow the arrangements of the on-site staff. Please pay attention to safety at all times during the play (pay attention to avoidance, do not run on the ice, and avoid slipping, etc.). Do not stay in the stop area or buffer area of the play project.

5. In order to avoid unnecessary disputes, please do not engage in the following behaviors:

(1) Play beyond the scope of the product rights (including areas, projects, etc.), conduct skiing teaching without prior report or permission from the snow park, commercial shooting, online live streaming, personal peddling, obtain or purchase goods/services for the purpose of reselling, or use them improperly for other purposes.

(2) Permit others to use your product rights through means such as transfer, resale, or lending.

(3) Engage in any dangerous, illegal, or aggressive behavior.

(4) Engage in any behavior that seriously affects the normal operation order of the snow park or the personal and property safety of others.

(5) Other improper behaviors.

In case of the above situations, the snow park has the right to take all or part of the following measures at any time without bearing liability for compensation and other breach of contract liabilities:

(1) Include you in the tourist blacklist, including the blacklist of Guangzhou Sunac Snow Park (you will not be able to enter Guangzhou Sunac Snow Park), the blacklist of the Sunac Snow Park brand (you will not be able to enter Sunac Snow Parks in various places and other cooperative ski resorts), and the industry alliance blacklist.

(2) Revoke, invalidate, and freeze your product and rights. The unused remaining period/fees will not be extended or refunded.

(3) Charge a liquidated damages of 30% of the order amount. If the liquidated damages are not enough to make up for the losses, further compensation will be claimed.

6. Smoking (including tobacco products, e-cigarettes, or other products that produce smoke) is prohibited in the snow park. To create a good play environment, please do not smoke in the snow park. Otherwise, the snow park will include you in the tourist blacklist and you will be prohibited from entering the park for 15 days.

7. Please cooperate with the security check before entering. Do not bring inflammable and explosive dangerous items, state-controlled instruments, or items with potential safety hazards. Personal selling by tourists is prohibited in the snow park. Please do not bring excessive items. External food, beverages, drinking water, and other food (except baby food) may cause food hygiene and safety problems. Please consume them before entering.

8. If any abnormalities or malfunctions occur during the operation of the facilities and equipment in the snow park, they need to be shut down for inspection. Some facilities and equipment may be suspended or closed without prior notice. In case of the above situations, the ticket will not be extended or refunded.

9. Due to factors such as carrying capacity, adverse weather, special events, safety, or order, the operation time of the snow park or the opening situation of the play projects will be adjusted accordingly. Please refer to the actual announcements in the snow park on the day of play.

11. The “snow park” mentioned and applicable in this product refers to the indoor ski resort of Guangzhou Sunac Snow Park operated by “Guangzhou Rongxuan Cultural Tourism Management Co., Ltd.”.
