This ticket is valid for one person to ride the gondola on one designated canal.

Each voucher is non-transferable—one barcode = one ticket, and each barcode can be scanned once only (each page contains a unique verification code).

Verify all details upon receipt. No refunds for errors due to failure to check.

E-Voucher Presentation

Mandatory: Display the full PDF voucher on your mobile device (screenshots invalid).

If entry is denied due to an incomplete/invalid e-voucher, the ticket will be voided without refund.

Ensure your mobile and email are functional. Activate roaming services if abroad.

No exceptions for unreceived vouchers due to personal negligence (e.g., inactive email/phone).

Email Changes

Passenger Guidelines
